The short version: this site sets no cookies, loads nothing from anyone else, and keeps the details you send in the application form for twelve months at most.

Scrivino is a brand of Kybos, Belgium, the controller for this site. The legal entity, its registered office and its enterprise number are listed on kybos.be. Contact: contact@scrivino.com.
When you visit the site
No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising, no embedded content from third parties. Fonts and images are served from this server.
Our web server keeps a technical log of requests — the page asked for, the time, the browser’s user-agent and the response — for up to seven days, to keep the service running and secure. Your IP address is removed before the line is written. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you apply
The application form sends your name, work email, company, role, catalogue size and your answer about what is forcing the change. We use them only to assess and answer your application, and to follow up on it.
Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The details are stored on our server in the EU and deleted after twelve months unless we start working together. We do not record your IP address with the application, and we never sell or share it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to contact@scrivino.com; we answer within a month.
You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), dataprotectionauthority.be.
